I'll get the ball rolling then.

It's Good to be Back
by Jay Tee

http://www.sffworld.com/authors/t/tee_jay/fiction/itsgoodtobeback1.html

Intro:

This is outside my usual genre but I enjoyed writing it. It is quite graphic so give it a miss if you are easily offended (no porn though :D inside joke, see 'Taboo Subject' in this forum).

I hope you enjoy it and look forward to constructive critique. Use the 'Jay Tee's Reviews' thread in this forum.

Post your own story links in this thread then create your own (author's name)'s Reviews thread.

Thanks

Jay Tee (juzzza)

Whoa..graphic it is!!!!! The images of pain and suffering are quite vivid..the little girl, though, that was tough......a tad excessive in the descriptive gore department, perhaps a more subtle approach would be just as effective, if not more so, thats just MHO!

Yea, I completed it before I had my own daughter, now I feel like crying when I read that segment, but Lantol is EEEEEEEEEEVIL.

Thanks for taking the time Jack/Brian. And by the way, having read your own tale, I sense the darkside in you I do (in Yoda voice).

I have four chapters of my fantasy novel. Target audience is probably young adults.

Also, a general fiction short story which I will be updating in the next couple of days with a better version.

Start a topic with my name in the title if you want to give me feedback.
