Hello,

I am a student at one of California's best film schools. I will be directing a 6-page short film this upcoming semester.

I was wondering if the people on these forums can recommend any short stories that you think would make good short films. I know this website has a bunch of writers on it, so I thought it would be a good place to ask.

Here are some guidelines.

- Nothing copyrighted (unless the copyright has expired)
- No animals
- 10 pages or less (preferably less)
- Something fun, exciting, funny, scary, or intriguing.
- Multi-dimensional characters
- It is low budget, so nothing that requires super complex locations or special effects.
- I have 3 days to film it, and filming is a slow process, so in order to save time the story shouldn't have too many locations. Ideally, nothing over 5 locations.

I apologize if I posted this in the wrong section.

And I look forward to seeing any recommendations that you post!
