Ok, so a buddy asked me to draw a science fiction picture for him.
But I really haven't read any sci-fi. I know he likes dune and classic sci-fi books.

Normally I do somewhat insane drawings.

SO. I'm asking for suggestions. What's a cool scene in a sci-fi book or movie that you think would make a crazy picture?

In Ringworld there was a mountain called Fist of God. Apparently this was created by an asteroid punching through the ring creating a hole at the top which fortunately was above the atmosphere.

So a picture of the asteroid creating that mountain would be pretty cool.
