Who is this admin? I don't believe I have ever seen a post by him/her. Did he/she quit. Or is just that he/she is the silent type.
Heck I forgot to include him/her in the Ode to the mods. I would gladly take over his/her duties if he/she is now nonexistant or unavailable. :D
