New idea for new version of SFFWorld

I have been thinking recently about how this great website could be further enhanced. I came up with an idea after an appled landed on my head!

How about creating a fantasy land map on the website which portrays mountains, caves, rivers, castles and have names attached to them which represent forums and sub-sites:

This is best explained by an example:

The Moderators Caves: Only Moderators can enter the caves to discuss Moderating issues:

JRRT's Forest: Discussions only based on the legendary Tolkien.

Flying Saucer: Sci Fi Forum for discussions.

Tranyslvannia Castle: Horror Forum for Discussions

Dragon's Doom: Fantasy Forum for Discussions

I think you get the gist of what I am trying to interpret.

I'm sure the theory is sound but on the practical side it is a bit daunting. It is just an idea that I felt I ought to share.

Does anyone has any ideas to improvise this website if it is possible?

Actually BG this is a funky little idea BUT for guys with slower connections loading in the main navigation map will take quite some time - in addition you need a quality map, anything less than fantastic will remove the crisp clean professional feel. Just my 2c.

went too far from topic, sorry

I like the idea of the map too. It seems like it would confuse any new people who stumble onto the forums though...

I've registered my $.02

all right now we need three more questions to confirm it.

Do you smell gay?

Do you taste gay?

Do you feel gay?
