Hi,
First post. Been reading scifi for over 40 years. Looking for a unique book that the main character worked for her boss and their business was obtaining antiquities from long lost space ships obviously set far in the future. I wanted to see if the author has any ebooks etc. Any help is appreciated.

I think the novel had the protagonist landing on a planet and discovering a deserted domicile, maybe two suns. Also she was following up on a cup thought from a missing ship.

Hope that is enough clues. Loved the novel.

Thanks!!

I am pretty sure the author is Jack McDevitt (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_McDevitt) and the book is Polaris (http://www.amazon.com/Polaris-Alex-Benedict-Jack-McDevitt/dp/0441012531/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1310333109&sr=8-1). Second in a series of books known as the Alex Benedict series.

Hope that helps

Excellent. I thought this group would be helpful. I've been struggling to get a new ebook. Now I'm reconnected. Thanks for taking the time.

Whoever did the move of the post - thanks also. I might check some of the posts to see if I can assist.
