I remember the prolog was a funeral where they were burying one of the main characters daughter, later he appears again and I believe he is homeless. I think the main main character was a female who's husband worked for the government developing a biological weapon, and he had supposedly committed suicide. The book is her trying to find the truth and uncovering things about the virus or whatever her husband had worked on. I also remember it was leaked into a small town and I think at some point a group of nazi type people may have gotten a hold of it. I can try and remember more if it is needed.
