Humans who are aliens recommendations

So I just finished all 4 seasons of the reimagined Battlestar Galactica series and I loved them. So now what I'm looking into are some novels along the same lines. Doesn't have to have the whole end of the human race plot but the fact that the cylons looked like humans/ they didn't know they were cylons is what I'm looking for. I guess humans that are aliens or cyborgs but don't know it (and had a built in program to do something such as sabotage and that they are stronger/ smarter/ faster than humans) is what I'm looking for. I know BSG had a lot of different aspects that made it such a good series and the cylon bit was only one part, but I think it's what made me love the series.

If you can suggest anything even remotely close that would be awesome. Oh and anyone read the Solar Clipper series by Nathan Lowell? I thought they weren't bad.
