Hi folks
some 30 years ago I read this novel, but I can't remember
the title nor the author:

On the cover was a girl wearing stars instead of a shirt.

The story was about a supernova that exploded 160 years
before and the blast (?) about to arrive now.

thanks in advance for any pointers

The only thing that rings a bell is "Aftermath" by Charles Sheffield, but it is not old enough (1998).

One cover for Heinlein's I Will Fear No Evil has an otherwise nude girl wearing stars. However, that story is about a brain transplant.
