During 1980-1984 there was a comic released under the DC label I believe it was called either Secrets Of The Haunted House or Haunted House. They were usually horror related tales but in particular they featured a character called Mister E. Who if i remember correctly was blind and dressed in white!

I haven't read em .. but I've seen a few issues show up on ebay from time to time and they look interesting. :) I wonder if they ever made trades. I'll have to check the dc section next time I'm at the shop.

Do you still have any issues?

Mister E also appeared in one of the original Books of Magic by Neil Gaiman. His story continued in a pre-Vertigo 4 issue mini-series in the early 90's starring Mister E, called......Mister E! It was pretty good and is worth a read. I think he reappeared again in another mini-series, The Trenchcoat Brigade, starring John Constantine.
