Guidelines

Hi,

I'm interested in submitting a short story to the 'zine Realms Of Fantasy.I know this question has probably been asked before, but hey I'm a newbie so sue me :D
I would rather not send away for the guidelines since I am impatient by nature, if any of you have submitted there could you post the submission guidelines in the forum? Any help at all would be great!

Perhaps this isn't super helpful but many of the magazines have submission guidelines on their website (if they have one)
