To prevent the destruction of humans

There's a book (fairly new) about a young girl (precog) who has a vision of the destruction of humans by an alien race. She has to follow a certain path in life to get herself and others in the right positions to prevent it. There are several alien races and I believe she earns the nickname of Bloody Mary. I believe anyone with psi talent is supposed to register with the government but she doesn't.

I read it this year and just can't remember the title or author. I want to look for the sequel.
