Alright everyone I am here, in a way. In the past few weeks I have learned something interesting. Taking all honors classes is a B!t#$. I have has precisely zero time for my writing endeavors, not to mention hanging with you guys. Between school and work I have been tied up for about 50 hours not including homework. I may be able to polish one of my stories for the contest but I am not positive. There is hope however. I mam having my wisdom teeth taken out so I will be spending a few days on the computor starting Monday. I will also be cutting back on work so I will probably be able to hang out for about twenty minutes a day. Well, good bye for now. :)

(sorry bout the incoherence. Am typing fast and haven't written forever.)

Hey Shef!!

I sympathise - as of tomorrow, i too will be limited to brief stops only - in the uni computer rooms, with my friends leaning over my shoulders and making comments like "what is this site", and shaking their heads in resigned and non-comprehending fashions!!

Education sux :(

I know, I object to the social system that means no-one will pay me to read books, watch movies and surf the net. What sort of stupid system is that?!?!

To all of you who says educatio sux.... well... POO ON YOU!

I absolutly love education! Who wouldn't want to embrace the opportunity to grow, to gain, to learn, to broden their horizons? School, (even my lil ghetto gang banging hell hole) is amazing, and a very small percentage of the world truly has it. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. If people weren't educated you wouldn't have SFFworld, the internet, or even computers. But aside from the obvious stuff that I'm sure you're rolling your eyes at, it's just simply outta this world to have that opportunity to work and expand your mind like that... to learn more.. to be better... OH THE POSSIBILITIES! :D Who would dare to not want that? I could never ever understand someone not appreciating education... Never.

The only reason why I am ever mad at my school is because I don't learn enough. Isn't the properties of matter, elements of all, and laws of physics just fascinating? Or how about history? Sweet sweet history... who I am and why I am me today... it's written in history! Every civilization, where did they come from, why, where did they go, how did they grow, who faught who, who made what, and what made who!!! DAMN, I love to learn! :D

Okay, before aspiring Doctors etc etc start reading this and changing their minds (!), let me just point out that, as those of you who know me know, I love my course. It is facinating, amazing, brilliant, like learning to work real life miracles. I marvel at something new every week. I fully appreciate the oppurtunity i have. BUT a) it is financially GRUELLING for my parents, and b) it is the most amazingly hard work EVER. For 3 months last year, i hardly read a single (non medical) book, i watched NO (literally) telly, and I disappeared entirely from sff. This is the best thing i have ever done, and the hardest. Sometime we all need a break from education!

Not that your attitude isn't charming, Shan :)
