I recently finished the Stark's war series. To those who read military sf, how do u think this compares to others like Heinlen's books or Sterlings. IMO Stark's was more enjoyable to better than Sterlings but Heinlen is still the best.

The Stark books by John G Hemry are pretty lite and fluffy compared to just about any of the masters of Sci/fi there a fun read but not great

True, kinda easy reading...but entertaining. I just thought the moral dilemma was interesting. If anyone has read these books u know what i mean. I just think that, in the tradition of Heinlein, it had less to do with battle strategies and emphasized relationships between soldiers which i find more enjoyable.
