In Time Past, Halley went back in time to the Earth of 99 yrs prior to the setting in Time Future and then back again. So Time Future was the future of Time Past.

Well, that certainly clarified everything! LOL!

This read like Babylon 5 episode fan fiction. Not much in the way of anything new here amid the confusing calvacade of aliens. Much time is wasted on nonsense minutae - the detailed descriptions of the characters pressing their fingers this way, cocking their heads that way, rolling their eyes, time that could have been better spent actually fleshing out complexities of the universe she created. With the exception of the protagonist, some pretty stock characters all around. Not much to like here.
