Seriously? I hope so.
I've had a hold on it at the library for half a year, because it was supposed to come out so long ago. I think what this means is that I'll be one of the first to actually get it at the library, whereas I'm still number 100 in line for Crossroads of Twilight (can't justify buying it).

I'm in the same position, but the local libraries don't have Part 2 of Storm of Swords so I have to borrow it from a friend.
Crossroads of Twilight I was a third the way through, but my time ran out and a month later I finally get it again from the library.

Just so everyone knows, that's only the release date for the UK. It won't be out until April, at the earliest, in Canada and the States. So unless you plan to order it from Amazon.uk, don't get too excited yet.:(

First: Godmage, it's - as far as I know - the other way around. Locus still listed US first with pusblishing date September 2003, in the UK the date is set for February 2004.
Second: in the Fantasy section there was (and is) talk that it might not get published in September, nor November nor this year at all.
Third: I hate this. Almost there and then comes a hint that we might have to wait even longer.

I just ckecked Amazon again, and it appears we have conflicting reports about this book. But seeing as how I live in the States, I hope you are right, Nimea. At any rate, I think I will just keep an eye on Martin's website. He swears that as soon as he is done writing it, he will announce it.

Godmage, it seems amazon.com had news that Locus did not and changed the date accordingly . . . ;)
Well, doesn't look like it will be published this year, mmh? :(
