Ok, from any film or tv program;

Who is the greatest villain of them all?

I think Allan Rickman in his various evil roles would be the best!

The devil in Legend, the snake lord from Conan the Barbarian, Bruce Campbell as himself in Army of Darkness, Arnold as the Terminator, agent smith from the Matrix, Gene Hackman in Unforgiven, the "bad" from the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, the Pulp fiction guy (I heard recently that it was his "soul" that was in the suitcase, because he had that bandaid on his neck), some good disney villains like from the Lion King, Little Mermaid, and Beauty and the Beast, etc.

Strewth! A good selection.

The "Bad" was Lee Van Cleef as "Angel Eyes".
Ving Rhames was The Pulp Fiction Gang Boss: Marcelas Wallace.
James Earl Jones (aka Darth Vader) was Thoth Amon (I think, though Fitz would know for sure)
I think Tim Curry was the devil in Legend.

You're right about the soul in the briefcase too.

Yeah James Earl Jones was the Serpent Priest in Conan.
Jack Nicholson as the Joker was superb casting.
