Hey this is pretty funny, an old post from May 31, 2001 relates to my post on September 6, 2001. First the number of posts reaches 666 then 666 registered members. Coincidence? I think not.

1. Take any three different digits between 0 and 9, for instance, 673.
2. Reverse it; 376
3. Subtract the smaller from the larger; 297
4. Reverse again and add; 1089
5. The answer is always 1089, no matter what digits you commence with.(Just in case you think numbers aren't magical.)

Penumbra... are you sure that is correct?

"4. Reverse again and add; 1089"

792 + 1089 = 1881

Or am I reading it wrong? Which would not surprise me in the least!

Ahhh... 297 + 792 = 1089... sorry!
