Just wondering, what books, regardless of genres, have actually made you laugh out loud?

For me, it's a rarity. There are many books that may force a smile, but very few actually have me laughing. But having just read some books by a guy named Harlan Coben (the myron bolitar novels- Some really great fiction/who-done-its), humorous books are really beginning to interest me. His books had me laughing out loud as many as ten times in a single novel, which is record breaking. He also has some damn good characters (gotta love Win) and fantastic stories, which certainly doesn't hurt.

So now, I'm very interested to find some other authors who use comedy effectively. A good story must also be present, but if you have any suggestions, I'm all ears.

Terry Pratchett. I had to stop reading him on the public transportations here in Gothenburg. People were looking at me very weirdly.

Hitchhikers Guide is also good for a laugh.

And some of the Dragonlance short story collections. One short story especially with a kender writing to Astinus (I think it was him)
