Just read Martin Scott's Thraxas-book. OK'ish funny detective story. Inferior to Glen Cook's Garrett-stories though.
Tom Holt is probably my all-time fave. Barry Hughart's books are brilliant and funny too.
The first M.Y.T.H. books by Asprin were very funny. R. A. MacAvoy's Tea with the Black Dragon is brilliant!!!
I ought to be able to name few more since I've actually written four articles on the subject, but my mind draws a suprisingly big bland here. Lot of writer's have been named, but there's shurely dozen's more...

Bruce Durie's High History of the Holy Quail is more than just Comic Fantasy. It's also Literary Fantasy,as he uses all sorts of devices and, yes, cliches from Fantasy and other genres. It's also genuinely funny, unlike the last 12 or so Discworld turn-the-handle novels. Yes, it's only available in the UK, but it can be bought from amazon.co.uk (where I got mine)
