Pete-Gas, you can see most of my choices where I responded to your posts in THIS (http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/Forum3/HTML/000080-3.html) thread. But basically, it's pretty much the same as the stuff you like! http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/smile.gif

I'm into the epic fantasy metal bands such as Blind Guardian, Kamelot, Rhapsody, and Hammerfall.

erebus-cool stuff!
From your list:
I like Silverchair, theyre pretty cool. The first album "Frogstomp" is one of the first cds I ever bought! They havent put out anything since Neon Ballroom though, have they??

Blue Oyster Cult-only really familiar with the few tracks they play on the radio, but they seem quite cool, and I know that they were VERY important in the development of alot of 80s and 90s metal acts! Godzilla is an AMAZING song! I like the live version a lot too!

UFO-Well, Michael Schenker is amazing isnt he!!!

Creed is really cool too. I fail to see the Pearl Jam comparison. ok, maybe scott stapp sounds like eddie vedder a bit, but if the people who said this knew anything at all about music theyd realize that the way the instruments are played is closer to the Metallica side of things than the Pearl Jam side of things (dont get me wron here-Pearl Jam is great too!)

The rest of the stuff i havent heard, but I may just take a trip to cdnow and listen to some sound clips!!
rock on!
