I was curious, my school are doing a production of Terry Pratchett's Mort, and i was wondering if anyone else has ever been in/seen a production of this or any other Pratchett play and if so do they have any advice?

I've seen Mort and it was marvellous.
The only advice I could give is that you shouldn't be too shy to cut scenes and dialogues. Otherwise it's quite long and could be tiring to someone who isn't a fan and familiar with the characters.
