Some of you might think this post is a bit dumb, but I kepp having this continuing series of dreams based on the same subject that is in a fantasy novel, and what I'm wondering is, does anyone have epic fantasy- type dreams like me?
The dream I've been having is that Elric, the Bearer of the Black Sword, has been killed by this mean teacher I had in high school in real life , that turns out in my dream to be an evil demon priestess, and so are all the other teachers in this school in my dream that were mean teachers in this school I attended in real life. They all worship this demon god named Drashkanth, or something like that. And in the dream, I'm a chronomancer, and it turns out in the dream that this girl I had a crush on in school in real life, whose name is Hillary, has now become the Bearer of the Black Sword, Stormbringer, since Elric was killed by this demon priestess. And in the dreams I've been having lately that have been following this plot, Hillary and I have to voyage in the dungeons and the chambers of hell below the school, and we have to find the black temple of Drashkanth so Hillary can destroy the demon priestess and the demon god Drashkanth with Stormbringer, and destroy the Black Sword in the fires of hell, and thus be freed of its curse.
These are some really wierd dreams I've been having, but I seem to enjoy them. So has anyone else here on this board had any epic fantasy-type dreams like I have?

I, too, have seen weird dream. But they are weird; not high fantasy type. No time to write them down now. I'll come back later.

Well yes I have. And it is nearly exactly like yours, however instead of the sword Stormbringer I am weilding the Jaw Bone of an Ostrich with which I have to slay the Lord Butt Plug and the Priestess Sphincterella and bring order to Galaxy so space-girrafes can frolic about the cosmos where their magical feces can enrich the astroids that burn up brightly in their death falls upon worlds awaitng change and nourishment from above.

I love dreaming after eating spicy food and drinking whiskey.

Hmm.. after I read explicit battle/fight scenes I usually have really violent dreams. I'm a very passive, mellow girl when awake, but in these dreams I turn into some kind of killing machine. I always attack with a knife.. rapier size, and stabbing someone just once isn't enough. Sometimes it's in the context of a battle, but usually it's single combat. I generally wake up feeling pretty uneasy (as I would hope I would!!).

All my life i have had fantasy oriented dreams....the first I remember was when I was about 4: I was imprisoned by sinister dwarves in their hot forges under the mountains! However, the ones that reaccur the most have been about being chased by a Godzilla type monster that comes out of the sea!

I've had some pretty weird dreams, the strangest was the one where I went to a local night club and ended up staying there all night. When I left in the morning, the world was taken over by the Decepticons. At this point, we started an underground resistence movement on Cuba led by Tim Burton (I know, what?) who was ably assissted by Stan Lee and the X-Men. Unfortunatly it was a trap, and Stan Lee double-crossed us. At this point Megatron came on the big Teletran 1 style computer screen and started laughing at us. Then I woke up.

The strangest hallucination I had was when I was in hospital after an appendectamy and wired up to a morphine pump. I swear a pair of mice came up to me and tried to hire me to sell their cheese to humans.

And finally, on the subject of dreams that make you feel uneasy. I dreamt just a couple of days ago that I was turned into a vampire. I didn't want to kill anyone but after a while I had to drink blood. So I ended up killing this guy but because I didn't really know what I was doing I ended up getting blood averywhere and having to lick it up. I woke up and proceded to run to the toilet and chunder rather noisely. Hopefully I will never have that one again.
