I was wondering what are the actors/actresses and music stars/groups that you despise?
Here is my list along with the reasons why I hate them.

John Goodman (he's a chubby, foul-mouthed, annoying nut)
Roseanne (same bad qualities as John Goodman)
Rosie O' Donnel (acts like a snotty know-it-all)
Caroline Rhea (same bad qualities as Rosie O'Donnel)
Alicia Silverstone (acts like an immature, snotty airhead)
George Clooney (let's face it, the guy can't act!!)
Leonardo Di Caprio (snotty and a bad actor and is hyped up way too much!!)
Tom Cruise ( kind of a dull actor)
Traci Lords (the queen of sleaziness and promiscuity)
Jennifer Lopez ( I just plain don't like her)
Devin Sawa (is idolized be teenage women and is a bad actor)
Matt Damon (same as Devin Sawa)
Jonathon Taylor Thomas (same as Sawa and Damon)
Kevin Costner (after "Robin Hood:Prince of Thieves", it seems that his acting just went downhill)
John Lovitz (absolutely stupid!!!)
Adam Sandler (same as Lovitz)
Kirstie Alley (vulgar, annoying and sleazy, similar qualities as Traci Lords, but not quite as bad)
Eddie Murphy (a foulmouth)
Kathy Bates (just plain annoying!!!)
Nicholas Cage (acting is as dull as a plank)
Julia Roberts (acts like she's on pep pills all the time)
Kathryn Zeta Jones (about as dull an actress as they come)
Cameron Diaz (a bad actress and is sleazy)
Drew Barrymore (is ugly and acts just plain dumb)
Britney Spears (ugh!! What's not to hate about her?!!! Her singing voice is like a shrieking Nazgul or a screaming orc, she's snobby and air-headed, dresses sleazy most of the time and does stiptease-like acts on stage)
Backstreet Boys (too hyped up and sing about nothing but girls, love, and dating)
N'Sync (same as Backstreet Boys only with Justin Timberlake's annoying Ringwraith-like voice added on)
Mandy Moore (too hyped up and all she sings about is guys, love, and dating)
Brooke Allyson (same as Mandy Moore)
S Club 7(have horrible voices and all they sing about is love and dating)
Spice Girls (same as S Club 7 only they wear sleazy clothing too.)
All rap singers (I just despise rap music!!)
Limp Bizkit (vulgar and obscene)
Kid Rock (same as Limp Bizkit)
Macy Gray (has a terrible singing voice and sings songs that are dumb or make no sense)
ABBA (I hate disco music!!!)
BeeGees (same reason I don't like ABBA)
All trance and tecno singers and composers (I hate dance music!!!)
A-Teens ( same reason I don't like S Club 7)
Mariah Carey (just plain don't like her)
Celine Dion (same as Mariah Carey)
Marilyn Manson ( let's face it, the guys a psycho, a satanist, and a transvestite!!)

Gee, Zsinj16,

I can't believe you have so many nasty things to say about so many celebrities, and especially when they all speak so highly of you! http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/wink.gif

What's wrong with Sum 41? You'd have to a David Gemmel fan not to like Sum41 http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/wink.gif

We just can't seem to agree on anything can we Loque?

Just about everything I hate was in Zsinj's list, and a lot of the people I like, too!
You won't check these out, but I'm going to suggest a noteworthy example of punk and hip-hop anyway:
Punk: Snuff. (Very deep-reaching power in this music)
Rap: Swollen Members. (indy Canadian hiphop. You gotta love it.)
As for stuff I hate: You forgot Korn, Fred Durst deserves distinction from his bandmates as the biggest wanker ever, teen movies (why do we let Hollywood get away with this crap?), any stupid celebrity who uses pretentious language to sound smart (that's half the music industry right there and just about all of Hollywood) oh, and Joel Schumacher, for what he did to Batman.

Sum41 aren't punk, anyway. Punk rock - just about. But definitely not punk.

Spot on Sam, although I would rather listen to punk rock than those nasty punkers any day of the week http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/smile.gif

Lets see:

I cannot stand Rosie O'Donnell. She is not funny, she's full of herself and thinks she is better than everybody.

I don't really like any of the boy bands, their music is cookie cutter and has no originality.

I am really annoyed by STAIND--they are EXTREMELY overplayed on the radio. (Zsin, you may not like them since Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit got them their record deal)

I'll disagree with Zsinj16 about some:
MATT DAMON though some of his movie choices have bombed, he is a good actor given the right material (DOGMA & GOOD WILL HUNTING)

KATHY BATES is a very good actress.
