I love a good book and glass of red wine.
If I'm not drinking wine (which is hardly ever), I'm usually drinking a soda or water.

No, because I rarely drink alone. Sometimes I do read for a while after I get home from the pub drunk. I usually have to re-read those pages again. I like sitting in a cafe and drinking endless cups of coffee while reading, but this usually only happens once in a great while.

Well I prefer munching while I read...give me a good read and a large bag of potato chips (I like them rippled ones with a Cream n' Onion flavor) and you shall find a happy man...not doing wonders for my figure though :(

I never read and drink alcohol. I get motion sickness  I don't even eat then - too many things to hold! I like reading at the end of the day. I have a glass of water handy, for emergeny dehydration, but other than that, I like to get lost in the book.

I tend to feel that neither food nor a good book is complete without the other. Drinks....not fussed.

I don't drink alcohol, but when I'm reading I like to have a big glass of water and some dark chocolate to munch on. If you look carefully through every book on my bookshelf, you'll find at least one page with chocolate smudges, probably more. It's my trademark. :D

I can't be distracted when I read, so I don't eat, drink, or listen to music when I read.

I'm always drinking something. Pepsi, tea, water, coffee, whatever.
At night I like red wine too -- Maurissimo makes a nice (cheap) cabernet sauvignon (sp?) and it goes well with what I'm reading and probably relaxes me a bit so I can go to sleep easily. Just one glass though. :)

Nah. I'm too big a clutse, I'd spill it too often
