Even though the action scenes were pretty cool, still the charachters were so two-dimensional. The film should have added a bit of depth to the story. If they did that it would have been a great movie.

Moving the subject back to sex GODS, while I thought Hugh Jackman was quite a well cast Wolverine, he is NOT attractive.

Russell Crowe, yes, very nice indeed. (Tho not really Wolverine material IMO)

But talking sex GODS: Am I the only one to have NOTICED Heath Ledger??? Now he will DO!
(Not as Wolverine, note. Just in general sort of 'what-a-fit-bloke' type terms)

Sam.

Actually, Shezad, I AM a girl, but prehaps you shouldn't be jumping to conclusions like that based solely on the fact that i fancy men!?! Sammie.

Not in my case. Btw: "never could've guessed": not sure how to take that one! Is this because I come across as being inherently male in some scarey and inexplicable way, or just because everyone of unknown gender is assumed to b male, or was it sarcasm? Just wondering...

Not really... All the "Sam"s I know are guys. On the other hand now that I think of it, it could be short for Samantha or something like that too...

My mistake!!

Don't worry, no offence taken! I am indeed a Samantha, although EVERYONE is strictly forbidden from calling me that!

The use of Sam when I first signed onto this web site was infact entirely premeditated-some web sites have some v strange people posting on them - I'm sure everyone here knows what i mean - and you're less likely to have to deal with offensive comments if no-one knows your sex. Having established fairly quickly that this is NOT one of those sites, I'm quite happy to admit to being a SAMMIE (the ie should suggest femininity?) to anyone who cares.

Anyway-just to bring this conversation back on track before FF or someone tells us off in no uncertain tone!- quick, someone say something about the X-men movie. (I think that's what this thread is about, isn't it)

Sammie. (a girl!)

PS. Do I use too many exclamation marks???

Well, actually one of my (male) cousins is nicknamed Sammy- and that's what I thought Sammie was...

In any case: back on track!!

X-Men 2 is just over 500 days away from release!

Hmmm. Well I have known of several 'Sammy's of either sex, and i have never met another 'Sammie'. Thus I do henceforth claim this spelling as inherently female.

And, is that 500 day as in almost a year and a half???? That'll never do. I shall have to have words.

Anyone know if we get a Gambit this time?

Sammie.
