Out of curiosity, are you going to do an outline first or just wing it? Personally I think there are advanatages to either approach. If you are doing an outline, how much detail are you planning on incorporating? I've known some people who plot out the entire story scene for scene before writing a word.

I tend to sketch out just few ideas. Usually I'll write out the first scene or two - just to get a feel for the world and the characters.
