Now then I have a plan!

Of course in my usual inimitable style I'm not going to let you know what it is yet. First I need some volunteers.

You aren't volunteering for anything special, just to take part in this exercise. You'll only have to write a couple of hundred words and the topic is pretty much up to you (kinda). The rest of the rules for this one I'll divulge when I feel like it... :p
