Unsubscribing?

How do I unsubscribe from threads?
I am tired of getting e-mails about thread I have lost interest in, I am not going to disrespect anyone though by posting the thread.

I have seen a list to unsubscribe from but I dont know how I got there.

Try the user cp link up on the top left.

Go to your User Control Panel (User CP).
In the menu, find the the Subscribed Threads section and click on 'List Subscriptions'.
Select 'View all subscribed Threads'
In the Notification column, select the threads you want to unsubscribe from.
At the bottom of the list, in the Selected Threads box, select 'Delete Subscription'
