What's up with the sci-fi explosion on TV these days!? I'm LOVIN' it! It's about time after the dryspell us fans suffered through in the 90's, eh? The newest addition to the pack is Showtime's "Jeremiah," coming from Babylon 5 creator J. Michael Straczynski! I'm thinking it looks awesome, check it out yourself:

Hey, if you guys like the work that Straczynski does, you might want to check out his comic book work. From Image, there's Rising Stars and Midnight Nation. He also writes Amazing Spider-Man for Marvel. Very well written stuff...

And I'm not able to watch Jeremiah because I don't get Showtime http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/frown.gif

Jeremiah is a really good show so far. Just two episodes have aired here in the US, and I have thoroughly enjoyed both of them. Luke Perry is a ideal casting choice to play Jeremiah - brooding, introspective, and cool all at the same time. Malcolm Jamaal Warner is doing a good job as his buddy/side kick too. That guy has come a long way from his days on The Cosby Show! I'm looking forward to seeing where this series goes.
