How do I do that?
I tried the Insert Image but it just let me enter the name.

What should happen is that if you click on the mountain icon at the top of the Message: section, you should get a pop up box like this:

http:// [ / I M G ]
[I](Have had to space the IMG's out so you can read it!)
where you can paste in your link.

It has to be to a website though and not (for example) your own computer.
