I'm a big fan of the Wheds; Firefly, Buffy and Angel. Hoping this far future continuation of the Slayerverse doesn't disappoint.

Alan Moore "Watchmen"
Heard nothing but good good stuff about this one. Supposedly up there with Frank Miller's "The Dark Knight Returns" (got it, loves it) as a groundbreaker.

"Battle Royale" (Manga)
Big fan of the films, read some of these in store and they seem if anything even more hard hitting if also a little more superficial.

What do you think of these choices?
