farscape is great - with that very fit but also very tough lass.

Aeryn Sun. (Claudia Black). She rocks.

Does anyone British know if that's her voice on one of the Chewing Gum ads (can't remember which one)?

Yeah, I love watching Farscape! Thank god someone still recognizes the power and grace of puppetry in Sci-fi instead of using stilted CGI all the time. Give me the Pilot puppet over Jar-Jar Binks any day of the week! There was a Farscape convention in NYC at the Hotel Pennsylvania in the beginning of September. It completely sold out! But the Star Trek convention (featuring William Shtaner himself) did not!

Did anyone see William Shatner's cameo as The Big Giant Head on '3rd Rock' recently? Was quite entertaining.

And yep, Pilot over Jar-jar any day.

I expected quite a lot from Farscape and while it was delightful and had it's good bits, I just can't see the Hype it had generated. I've seen most of the re-runs on SciFi and while it's occasionally great, most of the episodes just... well are just decent SF-televison. Good, but not Great.

I'm certain I'll give it a second chance when the 3rd Season begins.

When does the third season begin? I got a bit lost this season once Crighton was cloned.

One thing about Farscape, the aliens are really alien! Not just some humans with funny noses. Dago is so cool.

I'm an Aussie and very proud of Farscape because it's produced here. the think that bugs me though is one of our channels (channel 9) the channel that actually sponsors it in association with the henson co, has not treated it well. it is made here and we're only in the middle of season two! but now, because its summer, when all the "good" shows are on hiatus, farscape is on every weeknight at 5 and 10.30. this summer we're getting saturated by farscape. god its good, i just hope ch 9 keeps giving it decent time slots.

Seriously wait until you see the road runner escapades in season three!! It's the sort of thing you can sit down and think. Damn that was weird and feel good that Farscape had the balls to go out and do anything as whacky as that episode. Man it was a weird one.

Star trek eat your heart out!
