Anyone fluent in Old French?

Little bit of a research snag here. Do any of you know where I can find out how to say "honor blade" in Old French? I have "lame d'honneur" but that's modern. Is Old French very noticably different (I would assume it is)?

Anything you can offer is very much appreciated.
