To get an avatar,
1. look up at the options bar, the darker blue one, towards the end it says "Quick Links", click on that
2.Look down the list click on "Edit Profile"
3.On the left on the screen there will br another blue options box entilted "Control Panel", look down it and click on "Edit Avatar"
4. The avatar can be no bigger than 65x65 pixels or 9.8KB, so you may need to edit your pic.

Hmm, that process got a whole lot more complicated, the "Edit Avatar" button used to be on the "Quick Links" list.

And welcome new people... we seem to be having an influx at the moment.

Don't forget to read the rules (http://www.sffworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11499) and *big big rule* stay on topic :D, it makes the mod job so much easier :D
