The Fifth Element makes a best-of list . . .

Rate this Entry
MSN placed it #36 on a quickie 'best-ever summer blockbusters' list today. Silly, I know, but the mention (and the picture of Milla Jovovich) got me to read the thing.

It's one of the very few movies I own.

Always reassuring to find one's pop-culture choices approved.

And then I would find my pop-culture choices approved and validated by . . . me? That would take a level of self-confidence I'm not sure I can muster : )

Oh, dear, but you ARE part of popular culture, aren't you?

I understand what you're saying, though, but still, if you like The Fifth Element and it's one of your all time favorites, shout it out!

One of my favorite films... I even went so far as to get the soundtrack which has some very... unique music. Make your own list and we'll help you validate it

Yeah, that must be. I remember the alien lady doing her piece on stage before they ripped her open - it was, as you said, unique.
