Yes it was.

Edit still on going. Hard work, but I feel I have broken the back of the thing. I know what to cut out, what to re-write and what to add. Just need to get it done now and polish it.

Doing a line edit of HOG for agent, just tidying up dialogue and things like "his eyes ran over...." you get the picture ..

New work has slowed to a trickle, but never mind. it is well outlined and I have sorted out the villain's first victim....

Real world has taken over non-writing spare time.

Youngest's graduation and house moving re her new job.

Uncle's 65th birthday bash.

New kitchen fitted plus a host of other house related stuff going on.

Day job; I am supposed to work 30 hours part time. With the amount of work we have on and working flexi hours most weeks I am clocking close to full time. I have over 20 hours of flexi on my time sheet to use up this month, but doubt I will *sigh*

    Thanks Kater, she has done well. Not the dream job of course, but one that means she can be where she wants to be and live with her mates.

    Right now anything is an achievement, plenty of time to worry about dream jobs now the bills are being paid

    Yes, I was surprised she got one so fast. Though it is only a year contract. But saying that mine was a two month one ten years ago lol...
