My short story "Jac" (A twist on Jack the Ripper) sold to the ezine The Dark Ficton Spotlight. It will be in their October issue.

    Isn't this an object lesson of sorts? How long now have you been submitting that story? My memory says it's going on 4 or 5 years? Could that be correct?

    Yes, HE, I did write Jac about 4 years ago. It has been short listed a few times by various mags,but never made the final cut. I gave it a rest last year then edited it and have been submitting it since March again. Did not think it would sell, but it has.

    I have two more out there. One is according to the submission tracker "In Progress." The other I have not heard from at all, but it is early days.
