    scifantastic.tripod.com is being set up as we speak to accomplish that. For writing in general, you might try oneofus.co.uk and wordthunder.com. There are many others but this will get you started.

    I strongly recommend the SFWA (Science Fiction Writers of America) web site. They ahve a series of articles available for viewing on their site which are very helpful. My best recommendation to you it to go to www.google.com and put in a search for "writing science fiction and fantasy" then sift through the results. I have found some the most interesting (and conversely, some of the most useless) sites in this way. Happy hunting!
