    Chattery: for off topic generalities

This is the place for general chat, gossip, jokes, off topic railery, japes and so on. Not that I'm saying that all has to be sober and sensible everywhere - but let's try and keep some threads a little coherent! Enjoy!

Predictable? No, I don't think that's the word that occurs to me...

Human biology....hmmm....! Should I feel worried? Will your future life be blighted because you've been doing this in biology?

Do you have computers in class, then? Never happened in my day. In my day, they used to tie us to our desks and hit us with blackboard dusters until we were quiet.

Anyway, I must stop mucking around here myself - I've actually got to do some work...

nope we've got a relief teacher @ da moment and we're researching for our new assignment but really i cant be bothered so this is a way to pass da time.

contemplating i'm hoping to go to uni to study history not Human biology i dont think you should stress. i only have to pass this subject and im only doing bcoz Chemistry and Physics didnt sound very inviting.

Very nuaghty of you Tari! Wasting precious class time surfing the net *Tsk tsk*.. ah well, i've wasted a fair few hours in my time too . Yes, how lonely the night. I got a friend to come here today, she was curious about that "stupid forum, you keep wasting you time at!". So she could be reading this right now... hmmm. Yay, finaly a thread were we can cr@p on about nothing in particular! Today i was at school... WHAT! SCHOOL? So i couldn't be here naturaly . I did consider jumping on one of the computers at the library, but the librarian has a vendetta against irresponsible users who are 'wasting' their time... that and the fact that she was really peed off, b/c Kate (read that as airhead) tried to print off over a hundred pages, for free.

Wellllll.... to tell you the truth..... i did act it out . Also, sometimes when i'm online and it find something funny or enjoyable, i'll just let rip on the laughter or giggles/ squealing etc etc, my parents think i've gone mad. Being the dinosaurs that they are, they have no idea how to work a computer, let alone what an online forum is , so when i have these little frivolous moments, they often peek into the computer room and ask "What are you doing?" and i'll casualy reply "Oh, just planing to take over the world... with ducks" and they'll wonder off thingking "Where did we go wrong?!". See Alison, i'm learning to use this thread as my chatroom already, aren't i a good little girl!

Well done, Gemini and Tari, here's a big gold star just for you -

As for parenthood and suchlike... I'm thinking of having "It's not their mother's fault" tattooed on my children's foreheads. Just so people know. One day, if you have kids, you'll find out what it's like. (Actually, I like my kids a lot, my son even uses "Cadvan" as his online moniker, and what mother can resist that? But they are a bit crazy... )

    yes but aren't we all?

    i mean my friends think i'm mad . . . . a good sorta mad though.

and i thank you for da gold star. i feel so proud!!!

Hi Gem. dw u should be proud of me for using da comp during skool. i feel sori for u and ur little libraarian. ours is so stuck up. it's like she tries to be a teacher and stuff bcoz she has this degree in teaching but no1 would employ her so she ha to be a librarian. lets just say two things . . . .

1: she dont like me or my friends so defying her lil rules is so much more fun than usual.
& 2: she aint that popular anywayz

Anywayz skool . . . . .yes. well when i was on in Human Bio this morning (class one and two) i was in a good mood but as usual that all changed by the end of the day. my History teacher is gonna hav a sad at me . . . . . more or less rip my head off. coz i chose this hard topic for our essays and he read my draft and failed it so i am now making my funeral arrangements etc b4 tomoro morning. Lit essay during class which i think did okay but might only just scrape a pass and then double Intro Calc with the annoying voice eminating form my teachers mouth the WHOLE TIME!!!! so all and all an average bad mood of a day!!!!!! im now going to sulk and work on my essay to give to Mr Maye (history teacher) 2moro so he wpont yell at me too much and i will possibly survive that encounter.

    ciao ciao

Oh poor bubs! I can empathise, truely, i can. But today was great for me! We did absolutely NOTHING, but that's your usual fair for the first day back . I also had mt two favorite subjects, Art and History, rounded off with RE and Math, both of which were enjoyable (WHAT! RE and MATHS! enjoyable?!) because, as i said b4, we did NOTHING but talk about the upcoming term. Nobody at my school likes our librarian all that much either, must be an common occurence .
