No but I think it is the start or part of a new series. He had a 10 book YA Vampire series out called Cirque Du Freak about a traveling circus that is a front for Vampires, and a kid who gets infected and goes with them.

Yes - I've read it. Read the whole series. Very good - but predictable, I thought. 7/10 overall. Used to hang out on Darrens site a lot a while back.
is lord loss any good?

I read the first two books of his Cirque Du Freak series. I thought they were pretty good for YA horror.

I just picked up that book Lord Loss by by chance. I just finished reading The Lies of Locke Lamora and I saw it lying around the house. It is my brothers book. Normally I don't really take an interest in the books he reads, but I've read about 100 pages and it is really good. Didn't really expect what happened around 30 pages in. It's a great YA book IMO.
