Oddly enough, I did, which is what inspired me to whip this picture up. The connection with the "source material" was just too good to pass up!

Well, not quite like that - it's a tad more involved.

But if you post anything that provides as suitable as staring point as Juzzza

SJ in that picture you look just like someone in a Renaissance painting, maybe one of the apostles looking properly melancholy. It's the light coming from behind your head I think, the position of your head, the serious look on your face and your dark hair and eyes.

I wish I had some cats to take pictures of, but unfortunately, Ive had two sweet cats, and none of them has survived for more than 3 years. Both have been ran over by cars in the neighbourhood

Thinking of getting another one, but the risk, sorrow and loss of another dead cat is scaring me off at times.

Mithril has a beautiful coat color and markings. If I were to get another cat it would probably be a striped tabby like that.

Gavroche and Sophie are my first cats, so I've been taking lots of pictures of them while they're still small. This picture thread just gave me an excuse to show them off.

Mithril has a beautiful coat color and markings. If I were to get another cat it would probably be a striped tabby like that.

Mithril is actually a manx cat (usually bred to have no tails, but she has a stubby one). Apparently she has some siamese and/or bobcat mixed into her. The markings are sort of stripes, that become spots on her belly. I chose her based on the markings and the colour (always wanted a silver/grey cat!).

Yes, the yodelling picture was cool! Are you a good yodeller?

Blackadder, that's so sad. I hate when animals die. Maybe you should hold off for a while, but don't let it stop you from ever getting another cat one day. They can be great friends, and they don't always have such bad luck.
