Who is your favourite character?My is the mighty and misterious Druid Allanon from the
"Shannara"series of Terry Brooks.I like also
Bilbo Baggins from "The Hobbit" and Tomas from the Riftwar saga.My favourite bad character is Ba'alzamon.

In the Renshai i didn't really like Colbey... he was too arrogant for me. I liked Rache though, the one who couldn't use his legs and still was the 2nd best swordsman in the world.

Saltheart was good, but I liked Bannor a bit more in the first chronicles.
Which I am rereading at the moment - I'd forgotten how painful Thomas Covenant could be to others.
Oh Yeah - Add Traithe in the wars of light and shadow to my list, and even though it is sf, Duncan Idaho from Dune is my favourite character ever.
