There are only 2 shows I try not to miss:
Big Bang Theory
How I Met Your Mother
I just recently started watching Castle at my Mom's recommendation and I'm loving it.

Hi
Hey this site is very nice. Really do not see much television. About the show only saw regularly in recent years has CSI. And sometimes, watch replays of Family Guy, Mythbusters, or Star Trek TNG. I have much more staff people than TV on your computer.

I am still suffering through Heroes - hoping it will turn a corner. So much potential.
House, Glee, and Greys Anatomy are currently must watch.
I am also enjoying a little Canadian Show (I know - please dont groan) about a woman who time travels in her Psycho therapy. Being Erica. Please dont tell anyone I told you this - it could ruin my coolness factor.

Just watched the finale of Sons of Anarchy season 2 - awesome TV. The main hook for the show is that it's unpredictable, I haven't been able to correctly guess how any of the story threads will pan out and the thrills just keep coming. I want Season 3 now!
Also caught the final episode of Flash Forward before the mid-season break, it was much better as I thought the last few eps it was starting to drag. Don't know if it will make it to a second season but at least it looks like the second half of this season could be solid.

I'm not watching any television, save for some CBC news. I haven't in a few months.
I'm waiting for Chuck to start back up. That show kills me. I love it when they're at the store. Too funny.

I'm currently watching, (in no particular order and with varying degrees of enthusiam):
Stargate Universe
Flashforward
Merlin
Defying Gravity
Paradox
Spooks
Of the lot, I have to say that for me Defying Gravity is the most must-see, Flashforward isn't bad, nice concept but some of the later first half episodes drag. Merlin is light entertainment carried along by the actors, though there are some truly terrible lines in there!
Have noticed there are similarities between Paradox and Flashforward, but won't say more because that would definitely be spoiling it!

SLASH,
I find V very enjoyable. You may be able to watch the episodes on-line.
