So anybody know why Emerald City is shutting down? Just curious. They had such a pretty, shiny site.

I read somewhere (and can't find the reference) that it was a combination of Cheryl Morgan losing some of her passion & not having a fixed address anymore making what was already a tough job too difficult.

I hadn't frequented the site as often as I might have, but everything I'd seen & read at "Emerald City" was quality stuff.

I get my suggestions for books to read from a number of sources, online reviews being one. I think there is a place for them & the more reputable & consistent the site, the more valuable they are. Emerald City reviews were consistently good though I may not agree with them. I'll miss it.
