the site is definitely amazing..ive gone there in the past, but when i feel like i cant wait for the singing any longer i go there and read the excerpt..it kinda sustains me a bit (along with fanfics hehe)

i agree the site really is amazing (and beautiful ) but I'm avoiding it at the moment because I know that I'll be tempted into reading the sample of the Singing which I definitely don't want to do. I'm sort of saving myself for the release over here in September

I read the excerpt ALL the time but i was wondering why it's different from the old sample chapters and the first chapter walker books gives called wolf(just wondering)

Amaranth-

The sample chapter "Wolf" is the actual first chapter used in the book. Later on in the editing process, Alison slightly changed some things, and the chapters previously on her page are not the first four chapters.

On the Books of Pellinor site, there is another excerpt used later in the book.
