Just received A Canticle for Leibowitz. Don't know what it will be like, but so many people on this forum have said it's a classic that I had to give it a try.
Also recently bought and re read Logan's Run after Sparrow disagreed with me and said it was one of the rare cases where the film was better than the book........ I still think the book is better. It does suffer from so much happening in such a short book, but there are countless scenes that would have made the film much more exciting.

I just used a Barnes & Noble gift card to get some books, The Reality Dysfunction by Peter F. Hamilton, Deathstalker by David Brin and Fledgling by Sharon Lee and Steve Miller. I started Deatstalker and while I like it I am a little disapointed. I heard that it was a simple, kind of intentionally cheesy, fun space opera, but at times it was kind of stale. I put it down for a while but still plan on finishing it eventually.
I also started the Reality Dysfunction and I really like it which is no surprise since Hamilton is one of my favorite authors.
I just bought A Fire Upon the Deep. I gotta reread it soon...
The Passage
To all my fellow canadians, my local winners/homsense had about 40 hardcover copies of the passage for 10 bucks.
*Ahem* Or not.

Alright, I just ordered the US release of Mass Effect: Retribution.
The UK one's been delayed 2-3 times now, and I got fed up. Plus the US import is a tad cheaper![]()
Just bought Emmissaries from the Dead by Adam Troy-Castro and Alastor by Jack Vance.
Just ordered from Amazon
The Evolutionary Void by Peter F. Hamilton
Stealing Light by Gary Gibson
