All of these are by Elizabeth Moon:
Marque and Reprisal (Vatta's War #2)
Engaging the Enemy (Vatta's War #3)
    Command Decision (Vatta's War #4)
    The Serrano Legacy (Serrano #1-3)
    Moon Flights

Can you tell that I hate space opera?

That list of books is just...lunacy!

I've got the first Seranno omnibus on the shelf, too. Actually, I received it for Christmas in 2009

Ahem. Indeed it is. Luckily, my penchant for Del Rey covers means cheap pickings on Amazon. I think two of the Vatta books I ordered are hardback.

Indeed. I wasn't too keen on their covers, but I'm hardly a fan of the standalone ones either. I do have Hunting Party but it worked out cheaper to get the omnibus edition, plus it has the benefit of allowing me to read the first three without having to wait for each successive book to arrive.

Well, Vatta's War #3 came yesterday. I'm still waiting for the second to arrive, which is now frustrating as I'm about to finish Fearless.

Tomorrow's book order will be as follows:
Mutineer (Kris Longknife #1) - Mike Shepherd
Off Armageddon Reef (Safehold #1) - David Weber
The Short Victorious War (Honor Harrington #3) - David Weber
    A Confederation of Valor (Valor Confederation #1 + #2) - Tanya Huff
    Goliath (Leviathan #3) - Scott Westerfeld (Pre-Order)

OK, it's quite scary to see it written out like that.
