Does anybody know if we'll ever get a mass market paperback version of this book? The first three were published in that format, but, so far, the only versions available for book 4 are a hardcover (now out of print) and a Kindle version.

Not in the cards. However, the four books are being repackaged as two omnibus volumes so at least the full story will be in print.
