I'm out in Austria at the moment (due to work). Back home to Blighty tomorrow but right now I'm enjoying the buzz of few nice weissbiers which seem to have removed my ability to spell. Miscellanious.....miscellsneous. Or type, it would appear, although I'm blaming that on the android keyboard.

Sneaking onto the site from work.....I use my coat over the back of my seat and various well placed objects to try and hide my screen.

My cubicle is set just right so no one knows what I am doing! Otherwise I am stoked to have gotten back into writing and actually submit something for the FF!

Trying to figure out why I got 3,300 downloads on my freebie trial for Amazon instead of 450 like I normally do. Then I got a sales rush. First time ever happened. But this time I did the two-day on a Monday and Tuesday instead of a weekend. That had to be it!

I'm boosting up my client writing at TB--getting direct orders. So I'm spending much more time there instead of fiction writing. But my publisher wants a sequel to the SF book so I'm 60 pages into that and stuck on the plot direction.

Promoting my five current titles on Amazon, and really trying to keep my blog going and up-to-date.

Just multi-tasking my life away it seems, hoping for a big sale from agent.

I'm currently on hold with Blackberry. The usb of my tablet broke, and I'm within warranty, so I'm trying to get them to send me a new one, or at least fix this one. This looks like it will happen. The downside about this is that the CSR that I have seems to be quite new, so she is constantly putting me on hold while she looks stuff up. That's fine and all, but this is eating up my day time minutes on my cell (we got rid of our home phone. Why pay for three phones?). I'm not much of a phone talker, so I don't really need unlimited or anything, particularly with texting. It is times like these that I wish I did have unlimited day time talking.

Some homeless prick just stole my bike. Cut the cable and rode away. Now I am stuck at work.

Contemplating taking up archery. Seems like it might be a good mix of skill, exercise and competition. Plus, come the zombie apocalypse, I can be the master of the silent take down.

Trying to find a box in which to put a hard drive. I just pulled it out of an old Sky+ box. My external hard drive was getting a bit full and I remembered I had this thing lying around - a friend dumped it on me when she was moving house. Nine screws unscrewed and a couple of cables pulled in uncomfortable directions and I've got enough extra storage for a while. Just need some gaffer tape and a plastic box with a few holes to put it in to stop the kids shoving their fingers in it and I'm done...

And you thought I chose my user-name because I watch crap movies. My whole life is held together with gaffer tape and bent paper-clips.

I read that as 'wife' not 'life'.

    Mind you...

I'm not sure what's holding my wife together.

Found the box though. VHS case. VHS cases are great - apart from anything else they are just the right size to put a 4.5 x 7" paperback book in and keep it from getting battered in the shoulder bag. And my eReader cover is made from a DVD case.

EDIT: On consideration the VHS case will be too small as I would need a fan in there. I'll have to find a metal box then to act as a heat sink. Or make one. I've got loads of aluminium sheeting lying about....

Can't think what You're talking about - unless you're referring to this picture:
